Record of the Vanities
Challenge: Vanity Fair published its first issue in 1913 and with over 100 years of monthly editions comes a pleathora of iconic content. We wanted to create an interactive concept that would allow people to easily access all of the content and learn more about its history and impact.
Idea: Vanity Fair makes it easy to study up with a microsite that helps users explore pop culture, as chronicled by the magazine with The Record of the Vanities. The Record gives users the tools to become true students of pop-culture while also keeping the Vanity Fair archive alive and ever evolving.
